New to Freediving

Course prerequisites

  • Ability to swim 200m non-stop and float comfortably for 10 minutes.

30m DYNB (Dynamic Bifins)
CWTB (Constant Weight Bifins) & FIM  (Free Immersion) 12-20m
CWTB (Constant Weight Bifins) Buddying 6-10m
